Please note that all purchases require a minimum of two weeks after processing to be delivered. Each item in our boutique goes through a thorough inspection process to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before it is shipped out. While expedited shipping options are available, the delivery time will still begin after your order has been processed and inspected. For international orders, please be aware that additional time may be required for customs and delivery. Additionally, all international orders must provide valid American address digits for shipping purposes. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
Return Policy
While we do not accept returns, we will make exceptions for approved quality issues. Our store offers exchanges only, and all requests must be made within two weeks of receiving the item. If the issue is related to size and the correct size is available, we’re happy to approve the exchange with no problem. However, we recommend that you use the size charts provided to limit sizing issues. If you'd like to exchange your non-sale item for a different item, we’ll process the request upon approval. Please note that all exchange items must be inspected before approval and must meet the two-week exchange timeline.
